Several questions have come up regarding the differences of the two rites of Mass that are celebrated in Northern Wisconsin. One of them is the Novus Ordo which is celebrated at all Diocese of La Crosse Parishes. The other is the Tridentine or Latin Mass which is celebrated by the Priests of the Institute of Christ the King at St. Mary’s in Wausau. If you have questions on the differences and History of these two rites, please look at: this link.
