Scrip Information
-->The Scrip program at St. Adalbert’s is very import for our fund raising efforts. This program does not cost you anything and provides a tremendous benefit to the School. If you can not always get the scrip at Mass, please download one of the order forms, fill it out and email the completed order form to Joe Cieslewski. We have provided the form in two formats, the first one is Microsoft Excel and the 2nd format is adobe acrobat reader (*.pdf).
